1. How to place an order?

Select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account or log in to an existing account. A confirmation notice and receipt will be sent to your email once you complete the payment.  

2. Do I have to create an account to shop with Ear De Ring?

Yes, we advise you to register an account before making a purchase. Being our member will allow you to track your order status with some clicks easily. It will also give you some benefits such as regular newsletters, and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers! By having an account with us, you will enjoy a smoother purchasing experience because the system will have all your information ready for your next purchase. 

3. How can I edit my order details?

Please email to [email protected]  or DM us on Instagram (@Ear_De_Ring) immediately if you wish to change your order details. We will try our best to make it work.   

4. Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation is allowed after an order has been processed.

5. How long does your team to process an order?

We will process your order and ship out within 1-3 working days. Your order will be shipped out from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.


1. Which courier services do we use?

 DHL, Aramex and Poslaju courier services. You may choose your preferable option during checkout.

2. How much is the shipping fee and how long does the shipping take?

All shipping fees will be calculated automatically when you check out. We provide DHL E-commerce, Aramex Express and poslaju courier services. Below are the rates for your reference:

3. How can i track my order?

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your junk email folder if you did not receive an email from us. You can also log into your account to view your order progress. 

4. What happened if my order failed to delivered?

As a recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to Ear De Ring due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve the parcel from delivery centres. A re-delivery fee will be applied on returned parcel. So, kindly ensure that your delivery information is correct before placing an order.

Ear De Ring accepts payment via Online Banking, Offline Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal.

3. Are there any additional charges for using Credit Card?

Yes, there is flat rate charges RM2 for each transaction if using Credit Card/ Debit Card to proceed the payment.


1. What is refund and exchange policy?

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.  Dissatisfaction such as quality issue, sizes, and colors are not eligible for return. Returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed for change of mind.   

However, we accept return under reasonable circumstances, such as wrong items delivered or damage during shipment.  

2. What should I do if I received a wrong/defect item?

Please accept our sincere appologies, contact us through email ([email protected]), or instagram (@Ear_De_Ring) within 3 days of receiving your orders. Send us your order number and photo evidence and we will walk you through the process for returning the item.  

3. How to return a wrong/defect item?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once it has been approved, we will walk you through the process for returning the item. You are required to ship back the item to our dedicated address within 7 working days using a trackable shipping service. Products must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return. 

4. Will my shipping fee refunded if I returned my item?

Yes, shipping fee will be borne by us if you received a wrong/defect item.

5. When will I receive my exchange/refund?

Once your order arrives back at Ear De Ring, you will be notified and we will process your exchange/refund as soon as possible. 


1. How to take care my jewelry?

Our pieces are handcrafted costume jewelry, designed to last with love and care. Here are some tips on how to look after your gems:

  • Avoid contact with water, cosmetics and chemicals (eg. perfume, lotions, household cleaners and hair spray)
  • Do not place in damp conditions and avoid wearing in the pool or sea, or during shower
  • Remove when exercising or during activities which may cause sweating
  • Store in a cool and dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or zip-lock bag
  • Avoid falling

2. Can I wear my jewelry when swimming?

We encourage you to take off your jewelry before go for a swim in the swimming pool or ocean. The harsh chlorine chemicals in swimming pool and salt water in the ocean will cause damage and permanently discolor your jewelry. 

3. Can I wear my jewelry in shower?

We encourage you to remove your jewelry before showering. Frequent exposure to water and shampoo can eventually cause the shine layer to wear off and may permanently discolour your jewelry.
